Sr Manager or Head HR for Reliance Partner Brand
- MBA from a good institute and a minimum 10 years of experience in overall HR function operations viz.,Talent Acquisition (mass hiring), Employee life cycle management, CoE, Sales team engagement and Training
- Experience in Sales/Retail/Field HR is a must, Should be from a fast paced organisation
- Experience of QSR / Hospitality / Retail / Telecom / financial sectors will be relevant
- Should be good in Communication, Analytical skills, Business partnering, Interpersonal skills, Team management
Responsibility : To handle the end to end HR function for the business
