Senior Manager/Head - HR Operations/Shared Services - Infrastructure/Manufacturing

We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from our client which is a large MNC. They are looking for an "HR Operations & Shared Services head" for their organization to join them as soon as possible. The position is based in Mumbai.

The incumbent will be responsible for Managing HR Operations & Shared Services for the group. Will also manage Payroll, Compliance, Recruitment, Onboarding & Training Administration.

To qualify for these positions you should:

- Have an MBA / PG in HR

- Have around 15+ years of experience in HR

- Have at least 5 years of experience in managing HR Ops Payroll, Compliance, Onboarding, Exits

- Have good experience in managing the Recruitment Function

- Have some experience in managing the administration of Training

- Preferably have some experience of setting up some HRIS or ERP

- Have an in-depth understanding of new age HR and can engage seniors

- Have good English Skills

- Be from Mumbai or nearby areas
