Senior Manager - Corporate Accounts Head

Qualification: CA

Experience: 10 Years and plus. Corporate Accounts & Finance. Experience with Manufacturing Experience preferably with AUTOMOBILE Industry. Good Knowledge on Corporate Accounts Finalization, Income Tax, GST, Costing & Budgeting. Dealing with Banks. Financial Modelling. CMA Data preparation etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Corporate Accounts Finalization:

- Finalize the company's financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Ensure adherence to accounting principles and standards.

- Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data.

Income Tax and GST:

- Stay updated with all applicable income tax and GST laws.

- Prepare and file income tax returns and GST returns accurately and in a timely manner.

- Advise the company on tax planning and compliance strategies.

Costing and Budgeting:

- Analyze costs and expenses to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive budgets for various departments and projects.

- Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.

Dealing with Banks:

- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.

- Oversee banking transactions, including loans, credit facilities, and fund management.

- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for banking services.

Financial Modelling:

- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision making.

- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate investment opportunities and assess financial viability.

- Prepare forecasts and projections to assist in strategic planning.

CMA Data Preparation:

- Prepare and submit data required for Cost and Management Accounting Reports.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of the CMA data.

- Assist in data analysis and interpretation for management decisions.
