We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive growth, brand positioning, and lead generation within the Medtech space. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with key stakeholders, and accelerate business expansion. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in healthcare marketing, experience in medical device distribution, and the ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Growth Planning:
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to drive lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer acquisition.
- Set annual marketing objectives, budgets, and KPIs in alignment with business growth targets.
- Conduct in-depth market research to assess customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging industry trends.
Lead Generation & Demand Creation:
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, offline, and events) to attract and convert leads.
- Optimise the sales funnel by implementing automated marketing solutions and CRM-driven engagement tactics.
- Develop targeted B2B outreach initiatives to reach hospital decision-makers, radiologists, and imaging centre owners.
Brand Management & Positioning:
- Establish and maintain a strong brand presence across digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and value proposition across all communication platforms.
- Develop and curate high-quality content (e.g., blog posts, case studies, white papers, webinars) to educate target audiences and establish thought leadership in the ultrasound imaging space.
Digital Marketing & Performance Analytics:
- Manage website, SEO/SEM efforts, paid media campaigns, and social media strategy to maximise visibility and engagement.
- Track and analyse key marketing metrics (ROI, customer acquisition cost, engagement rates, etc.) to drive continuous optimisation.
- Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot Etc.) to streamline lead tracking and conversion.
Sales Enablement & Customer Engagement:
- Work closely with the sales team to create high-impact marketing collateral, sales presentations, and training materials.
- Organise and support CME programs, trade shows, medical conferences, workshops, and in-clinic product demonstrations.
- Develop a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement program in collaboration with sales and the OEM partner.
Team Leadership & Vendor Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team to execute strategic initiatives.
- Oversee relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.
Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in marketing within the MedTech, medical device, or healthcare technology industry.
- Proven track record in executing successful B2B marketing strategies for medical equipment distribution.
- Experience in lead generation, brand management, and marketing analytics.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and ethical marketing standards.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and automation platforms.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Preferred:
- Experience working with hospital procurement teams and imaging centres.
- Strong industry network within the MedTech and diagnostic sector.
