The Senior Manager, Growth will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to accelerate the company's growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in growth marketing, business development, and data-driven decision-making. The Senior Manager, Growth will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, optimize acquisition channels, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Acquisition and Retention:
- Optimize acquisition channels (e.g., digital marketing, partnerships, referral programs) to maximize ROI.
- Develop and execute retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to enhance user experience and drive engagement.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data analytics and customer insights to inform growth strategies and measure effectiveness.
- Implement and manage growth-related KPIs and dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize growth initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with company objectives.
- Lead cross-functional projects to drive growth, from ideation to execution and analysis.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the growth team.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Manage and mentor a team of growth professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify and address skill gaps within the team, facilitating professional development opportunities.
Partnership and Business Development:
- Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships to drive growth and expand market reach.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to explore new growth avenues and business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, business development, or a related role within the fintech or payment gateway industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in growth tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation tools).
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and performance optimization.
Leadership:
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
