As the Manager - Growth & Engagement, you will be responsible for driving growth & engagement campaigns for Flipkart's loyalty programs, focusing on acquiring, engaging, and retaining Flipkart's most valuable customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design, plan, execute, and monitor campaigns, ensuring all inputs-such as creatives, allocations, and cohorts-are finalized and optimized for impact

- Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including allocation adjustments, performance analysis, and quick decision-making to optimize outcomes.

- Collaborate with teams such as Storefront, CRM, Brand Marketing, PR, to ensure smooth go-to-market execution and alignment across functions.

- Manage reviews to track campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive optimizations based on data insights

- Lead on-ground execution of experiments, ensuring timely configuration, launch and performance tracking of initiatives.

- Work closely with senior managers and stakeholders

Requirements for the Role:

- 4-8 years of experience

- Industries: Startups, E-commerce, Fintech, Gaming

- Function: Growth, Marketing, CRM, Customer Lifecycle Management, Loyalty

- Education: B-Tech/MBA from Tier 1 Colleges

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret customer insights and behaviors to uncover actionable opportunities

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive outcomes within defined timelines and budge

- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
