Senior Manager - Global Reporting & Analytics

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for strategic direction, planning, implementation, running of the organization's MIS & Analytics functions.

- Analyze Reporting needs for management information and functional operations; determine scope and priorities of delivery, capacity and expansion.

- Manage and direct improvements using Analytics; ensure that the organization's strategic goals and Business objectives are achieved. Interface with Operations Management to enhance the company's operations.

- Visualize and direct the implementation of Executive Dashboards and Management reports with vital Operation's performance indicators and key risk indicators; Integrate with Quality Assurance for providing consistent improvements.

- Identify and provide adequate tools and trainings to keep up the team's competence level.

- Drive global reporting transformation initiative to renew MIS reporting platform and capability

- Lead reporting capability gap remediation initiative

Qualifications / Experience/Skills :

- Minimum (full-time) Degree in Information Technology.

- 12 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in the managerial capacity.

- Experience in ITIL Framework, sound knowledge on Software, Data Centre and Infrastructure terminologies.

- A dynamic, dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated person with strong analytical, leadership, communication, presentation and inter-personal skills.

- Ability to deliver consistent results under pressure

- Demonstrated conflict resolution skills

- Ability to think independently and exercise initiative

- Experienced in managing global team / virtual management

- Ability to think strategy; provide vision for the future

- Proven experience to lead team of 10-15 members

- Ability to navigate through complex organization construct and excel in an ambiguous operating environment
