Global Recruiting Policy & Compliance Senior Manager
We are hiring for One of Our ARA's Client, a leading Global Consulting firm.

The Role:Global Recruiting Policy & Compliance Senior Manager - As an empowered decision maker on the Global Recruiting team, the Policy & Compliance Manager role is critical to ensuring recruitment function is run with consistency, transparency, and compliance to core values and code of business ethics. The role will be grounded on a deep understanding of our recruiting policies and processes. By utilizing your innate interest in compliance, you will spot risks and issues within the recruiting function and will work with the recruiting teams to course-correct tools, procedures, and behaviours to align with formal policies. Because of the ever-changing nature of labor laws and regulations, you will work with Legal to keep recruiting policies relevant in the global and local markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manager and escalation point of contact for recruitment policy-related inquires, audits and escalations.
- Supervise direct report and partner closely other team members in the recruiting compliance space, including the At Hire Global Background Checks Leader and Manager for Workday R&O Legal & Security.
- Collaborate and liaise with global and local Legal, Employee Relations, Recruiting and HR teams Meet and negotiate with Client Account Leads and other business leaders to ensure compliance with policies "on the ground".
- Policy reviews to assess market relevancy and ensure compliance to global and local legislations Review and advise on requested policy changes, working with the Global Policy team to document and publish periodic updates.
- Outreach to designated advocates to communicate and educate local recruiting teams on policy awareness, risks, issues, and key changes to tools, procedures, or behaviours.
- Audit response, resolutions, and risk mitigation, including action plan management responses, process updates for all recruitment related policies and other downstream impacted activities.
- Review tools, procedures, and recruiter behaviors to ensure Data Privacy adherence and GDPR compliance.
- Communicate with global stakeholders at all levels on policy and compliance matters This is a global role that will require working flexible hours to accommodate need to interact with stakeholders in different time zones.
Skills Required:- Sharp attention to detail, especially in written communication.
- Demonstrated experience with program management and continuous process improvement.
- Functional expertise in recruitment or employee relations.
- Experience with policies and/or compliance at or in a similar environment.
- Knowledge of GDPR or other legal or regulatory guidance.
- Proven track record of driving influence even with limited authority.
- Demonstrated capability of working with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Self-driven with a keen sense of how to manage change and ambiguity.
Qualifications & Experience:- Minimum of 8 years of experience in overseeing a complex function which involves people compliance and/or policies in a global environment.
- 2+ years of experience in managing senior level stakeholders for mutual success.
- Graduate/Post Graduate.
