Senior Manager - Global Payroll - KPO

We are hiring for a Senior Manager role in Global Payroll with a leading KPO ( Only Females)

Position : Global Payroll

Experience : 14 + years of experience with 6+ in Global Payroll.

Role & Responsibilities :

- This role provides Payroll subject matter expertise, project leadership, and direction to local Payroll operation teams to ensure our Payroll service is fit for purpose

- Responsible for partnering with local Payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of Payroll and associated tasks such as compliance with tax and regulatory rules, tax payments

- Drive transformation to improve processing, implementation of best practices, standardize processes, etc

- Accountable for the success, effectiveness, and on-time delivery of Payroll due diligence and integration activities related to Ventures and Acquisitions
