Senior Manager - Global Market Controller - BFS

Fair Value Disclosure :

- Coordinate quarterly fair value disclosures for Global Banking and Markets - a SOX process. Requires strong understanding of FV disclosures including hierarchy, level 3 roll-forward, fair value option tracking and reporting. Requires good understand of capital markets products.

- Application administrator. Includes working with Technology teams to trouble shoot any issues with the application.

- Draft clear variance analysis for SEC reporting team

- Perform key responsibilities of Controller role as appropriate.

- Prepare various external stand-alone reports, as necessary.

- Monitor and confirm the financial condition of Legal Entity/Line of Business through review, account reconciliation and analysis.

- Review applicable accounting changes and implement as required.

- Support all Legal Entity controllership functions including close routines and reporting and ensure internal controls over financial reporting are documented and operating effectively.

- Perform Regulatory Reporting functions.

Mandatory Skills :

- Education - Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance 

- Experience Range - Minimum 9 years of experience in finance, accounting, regulatory reporting including capital and liquidity

- Strong communication skills: The candidate will be required to with different stakeholders like the Technology teams, SEC & External Reporting & Business Finance with a collaborative approach

- Ability to challenge stakeholders professionally
