Senior Manager - Global Immigration Specialist

- Hands on experience and exposure to processing visas and work permits of North America, EMEA, Rest of world countries

- To oversee the complete operations from Offshore.

- To ensure timely filing of applications to the embassy/consulate, by service providers in respective countries within the defined SLA.

- Prepare and submit periodic reports to the management, stake holders in the organization.

- Prepare and publish compliance reports to the management.

- To ensure timely updating of SOPs/BoK (Book of Knowledge), Checklists based on changes in law/regulations from time to time.

- Guide and manage the team, conduct weekly reviews, review TAT and SLA from time to time and implementation.

- Train members of the team, encourage to cross skill and gain knowledge by attending conferences, webinars.

- To be abreast with changes in laws/regulations, make course correction and implement the same in the organization.

- To ensure data privacy and follow the best practices while sharing the information and/or documents of employees to service providers.

- To ensure compliance to the laws/regulations in the countries we operate.

- Liase with various stake holders in the Organization to achieve the desired objectives.

- Automation of the process and other mundane tasks.

- Vendor Management - To ensure that agreements/contracts are in place with vendors from whom immigration services are availed.

- Identify vendors/partners in countries where we do not have set up.

- Ensure to have firm SLAs with vendors to file the applications.

- To ensure fiscal prudence, financial provisions and to process invoices for timely payments, reconciliation with vendors.

- Optimization of costs in the realm of Global immigration.
