Our client is an MNC that has its Global Shared Services set up in India with a total employee base of 500 people
Reporting into the head Compensation & Benefits your roles & responsibilities include the following:
- Total HR operations management for India and other geographies
- Responsibilities include HR Operations from on boarding till exit
- The incumbent will be responsible for providing leadership, project planning, and coordination, as well as overall management of the India HR Operations. This includes the processing of payrolls, tax, accounting, employee benefits operations, data entry operations
- HR budgeting and forecasting for headcount over a given timeline
- Managing employee life cycle process and policy improvement - identifying gaps and improvisation of processes
- Manage multiple 3rd party vendor relationships for India HR Operations
- Championing the creation and adherence of a compliance culture in the organization
As a successful candidate, you should have:
- 8-12 years of experience in core HR operations
- Exposure managing Operations for the UK market
- Excellent stakeholder management
