Experience : 10 Years of experience in leading Global Investigations and Corporate Compliance Audit
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
As a Senior Manager - Investigations and Corporate Compliance Audit, you will be responsible for :
1- Investigations :
- Lead, and conduct (including Attorney Client Privileged), compliance investigations arising from concerns raised through reporting channels.
- This role will be a part of the Global Compliance and Investigations Team reporting to the Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer and involve work with senior company leadership to assess and address significant legal risks associated with such reports and investigations.
- Ensure that evidence is gathered, and factually analyzed
- Have knowledge and experience with cyber forensics, e-discovery, email reviews and data analytics
- To independently draft investigation reports
- Support and review the case preparation prepared by other team members.
- Provide advice concerning risk and appropriate remedial measures related to concerns raised.
- Effectively manage and track remediation/observations/findings.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis.
- Collaborate with internal and external resources (Including Regional Investigators, Geographic Legal and HR Leads, Global leads of internal functions, and other Global leadership on investigations) to address and resolve the concerns raised.
- Drive and promote our culture of ethics and compliance across the Company.
- Stay abreast of legal developments affecting investigations, rights of reporters, rights of the reported, and compliance-related standards
2- Independent Process Reviews/ Business Monitoring :
- Conduct independent risk assessments, gap analysis, compliance and monitoring reviews across markets.
- Monitor, identify, escalate and report ethics and compliance issues, irregularities, and violations noted during reviews.
- Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and document process.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend risk mitigation measures.
- Supporting the closure Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPAs) coming from internal audits, internal & external investigations and corporate compliance audits.
3- Trainings :
Creating and executing internal and external training programs relating to investigations, ethics and compliance and other related topics.
4- Support other compliance and investigation initiatives :
- Assist in drafting, benchmarking, reviewing and implementing written standards, manuals, policies processes, and frameworks to minimize risk.
- Implement innovative data analytics and tech solutions to simplify processes, bring strategic business insights and proactive management of future risks.
- Oversee, guide and train stakeholders and investigative personnel to conduct investigative processes and minimize risk.
- Have a strong grasp of technical tools to create compelling presentations and in depth data analysis.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
- Understanding of the regional pharmaceutical market
- Experience in auditing, risk management, internal audit, corporate investigations, legal, ethics and compliance
- Knowledge of legal requirements and controls (e.g. FCPA, UKBA, other Anti-Corruption laws, Sanctions, Anti-Competition etc.)
- Display good interviewing and interrogation skills along with the capability of drafting reports
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office and databases
- Excellent oral and written communications skills. May be required to deliver presentations at trainings and other events, experience with developing and conducting training is preferred.
- Substantial investigative experience, including research, intelligence gathering, formulating and executing investigative actions, review, and preparation of investigative reports including employee relations and workplace investigations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills, confidence and capability in addressing sensitive and complicated ethical conduct/compliance and personnel-related matters.
- In-depth knowledge of local ethical/ conduct/ compliance-related risks, employee rights and obligations, and related laws
