Senior Manager - Global Client Relations
- As a rapidly growing firm, Algomill is seeking ambitious and energetic professionals who are looking for a career in investment finance and exposure to the Global financial markets.
- This position will be exposed to various areas, including Business Development, Digital Marketing, Technical Research, and Financial Market Analysis.
Specific activities include:
- Leading existing teams and managing Sales and Client Support functions.
- Managing client relationships and ensuring impeccable customer service.
- Interacting with potential and existing high-potential clients globally.
- Headcount planning, hiring, training, grooming, mentoring, and managing the performance of the reporting team.
- Staying updated on financial services industry developments and global economic events.
- Contributing to the development of research reports and publications for global clients.
Primary KRAs:
- Driving Customer Satisfaction through continuous improvement of service levels and client experience.
- Leading and managing teams, headcount planning, hiring, and creating a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support Management:
- Lead the daily client support function through excellent written and verbal communication, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Team Leadership:
- Manage a team of experienced professionals (PGs/MBAs with 3+ years of experience), providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Client Expansion and Operations:
- Expand our clientele, support existing clients, and oversee internal operations to drive sustainable business growth.
Continuous Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement in service levels and client experience, actively participating in the development of Sales, Digital Marketing, and Market Research functions.
Front-End Leadership:
- Lead the front end of the business, focusing on effective client communication to build lasting relationships with global clients.
Training and Career Development:
- Provide thorough training and a progressive career path for successful candidates.
