Key Responsibilities-
- Design, development and implementation of interventions around Talent Management and organizational development initiatives.
- Conducting Goal Setting exercise.
- Mentoring and coaching sessions for employees.
- Build succession plans.
- Competency mapping.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- MBA from XLRI, TISS, MDI only with at least 3 years experience in Talent Management.
- The candidates should have worked with reputed HR consulting firms.
