Lead C&B function for India. Responsible for strategy, design and delivery, for broad based compensation, equity programs and employee benefits for 5000+ employees and growing.
- Responsible for C&B philosophy, policy formation, framework design and implementation & Benefits
- Determine market pricing in India.
- Create control mechanisms to address budget overshoot
- Custodian of annual salary review process for the entire company and first point of contact for people managers and HR business partners in addressing their concerns related to compensation.
- Drive and engage business leaders and business HR in educating them the overall compensation philosophy and strategy of the company.
- Design and strategize the benefit packages for the employees by benchmarking it against the best in the industry and considering the overall culture of the company.
- Advice recruitment teams and hiring managers in determining the appropriate fitment of new hires and lateral movers.
- Advice line managers and business HR in determining the appropriate fitment of promoted employees.
This position will report to HR Director.
