Senior Manager/General Manager - Accounts & Finance - Insurance Firm

- Review of Financial Statements of Insurance Company on monthly basis.

- Regulatory compliance as stipulated by the regulator / other statute.

- Responsible for quarterly and annual audit, interaction with statutory/internal auditors

- ERP Implementation

- GL review

- Drive various new business initiatives undertaken by the company

- Cross department co-ordination and management.

- Delivery of reports with highest quality and accuracy, business analysis

- Review of Investment Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Opex & Payroll Accounting

- Driving automation of Manual activities.

- Troubleshooting & validation of various data requests.

- Work as a team leaded and support the team for various ongoing projects and tasks assigned from time to time.
