Senior Manager - General Ledger - BPO

Job role -  Incumbent will be managing end to end R2R operations which includes R2R, GL, General Ledger, Fixed asset, reconciliation, month end closing, reporting etc.,

- Will be responsible for Reconciliations & Financial Reporting which includes journal entry posting, prepayment, month end activities Like accruals, prepayment and reclass, low risk reporting supplement activities (Updating the schedules), analysis (Cost and revenue), budget Preparation, variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliation preparation & action part and reporting.

- Will be managing a team of 100+ FTEs and will be interacting with high end stakeholders.

- Will be responsible for driving automation, process transformation and transition as part of operations profiles.

Desired skill set;-

- Should be a commerce graduate with 12+yrs of experience in end to end R2R operations in a global environment having managed the complete General ledger operations.

- Should be managing a team of minimum 70+ FTEs.

- Should be willing to work with US shifts.

- Should possess excellent comm skills and having exposure in Transformation, business improvement, transition etc.,
