- Franchise Development: Lead the development and expansion of the company's franchise network. This involves identifying potential franchisees, negotiating contracts, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful franchise operations. The Sales Head is also responsible for ensuring franchisees adhere to company standards and guidelines.
- Channel Sales Management: Oversee the management and optimization of channel sales, including distributors, resellers, and other third-party partners. This involves building strong relationships with channel partners, providing them with the necessary tools and support to succeed, and ensuring consistent performance across the channel network.
- Market Analysis and Expansion: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for franchise and channel sales expansion. This includes analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, including franchise managers and channel sales representatives, to achieve sales targets. The Sales Head is responsible for setting performance goals, providing coaching and support, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Revenue and Profitability: Drive revenue growth and profitability by optimizing sales processes, pricing strategies, and sales promotions. This includes monitoring sales performance, analyzing key metrics, and making data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, franchisees, and channel partners. The Sales Head is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Brand and Product Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns that support franchise and channel sales. This includes creating marketing materials, organizing events, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all sales channels.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales activities. The Sales Head is also responsible for preparing and presenting regular sales reports to senior management, providing insights into performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with franchisees, channel partners, and key customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company goals. This includes managing contract renewals, resolving disputes, and ensuring contract compliance.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales, franchise development, and channel management.
