Job Summary:

As the "Senior Fleet Maintenance Manager" at Alt Mobility, you will be part of our core fleet engineering team and contribute directly on the ground to ensure smooth functioning, operation and services of our EV fleet, leveraging your expertise in mechanical engineering. This role requires a deep understanding of core mechanics, engineering principles, and a passion for creating direct impact on our target audiences. You will play a pivotal role in driving the core product of the business - the EV fleet.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for setting processes for fleet maintenance and upkeep.

- Evaluate fleet performance based on data gathered from vehicle, service records etc.

- Design processes for preventive, corrective maintenance of fleets

- Support in refurbishment of vehicles, vendor management, spare parts sourcing.

- Analyze faults and work towards improving fleet overall uptime

Qualifications :

- 8 to 15 years of relevant experience.

- Holistic experience in automotive maintenance and manufacturing with top tier OEM.

- Full stack experience in automotive in various departments from R&D, Manufacturing, Service etc.

- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing vendors.

- Proven record of being in an ownership driven position in vehicle maintenance, preferably commercial vehicles.

- Experience in troubleshooting technical challenges of vehicles (preferred core experience with commercial vehicles)
