Roles/Responsibilities :

Required Skills :

- Manage Financial Services operations for servicing Bill Discounting and Business Loans

- Engage with various stakeholders on a regular basis to streamline processes

- Review processes, introduce best practices and define SOPs

- Track latest developments in Fintech space and propose product enhancements

- Define KPIs, create tracking mechanism, conduct reviews, and drive output

- Engage with Business, Product, Tech and find innovative solution to problems.

- Extend support in UAT when new features/services are planned to be launched

- Share inputs with Service Desk Team about the offering/service so that they can answer all customer queries

- Customer Management Skills

- Strong with data analysis, program management and team management

- Must have analytical mindset and problem-solving approach

- Should be passionate to create something innovative and set industry benchmarks

- Prior exposure to tech during graduation, though not necessary, will be an added advantage

- Must have very good knowledge of current social media tools - what works, what does not work.

- Very good presentation skills - able to create and deliver presentation

- Good articulation skills

- Strong in documentation
