Senior Manager - Financial Reporting - CA

Job Description:

ProfileSenior Financial Reporting Manager.

Location - Gurugram.

Qualification - CA Qualified.

Experience - 4 to 6 years in Financial Reporting ,IndAS ,IFRS, Consolidation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- CA with 5-7 years of preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements under IndAS and IFRS;

- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.

- Knowledge of SEBI LODR norms, IndAS and Companies Act in financial reporting. Hands on experience of FICO Module in S4 Hana.

Role:

- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements as per Group Calender.

- Analysis of variances in month end reportings.

- Prepare and publish timely monthly MIS with detailed commentary.

- Prepare and publish timely quarterly/yearly Board presentation.

- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and Group reporting.

- Collaborate with external auditors, Internal auditors, cost auditors.

- Preparation of Management reporting.

- Preparation and monitoring of monthly cash flow and alignment of requirements with Treasury.

- Hands on experience in preparation of financial statements.

- Ensure Monthly Closing Activities.

- Preparation of consolidated financials.

- Ensure proper intercompany eliminations.

- Ensure closing of General Ledger Accounting.

Key Stake holder:

- Departments heads (Sales; production; Order management team etc.).

- Regional and Global GSS and GPO tea ms. Global Team.

- CFO and VP.

- External; Internal; Cost auditors.

- Other consultants (Tax, compliance).
