Senior Manager Financial Reporting & Analysis

We are looking for a Sr. Manager Financial Reporting & Analysis for a leading Hotel Group.

Job Profile:

- Senior Manager - Financial Reporting & Analysis, reporting into the Vice President Finance of the company, and responsible for financial reporting, analysis and statutory audits under the IndAS formats.

- Financial Reporting of quarterly & yearly standalone and consolidated results of the company as per IndAS and quarterly reporting of Indian results to the group at Canada.

- Includes KPI, variance analysis and adopt a leadership role in driving accounting policies and procedures across the organization having two business verticals of Resorts Business and Membership Business.

- This role is also key interface to secretarial requirements and taxation requirements of the company.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant with 5 years of relevant experience

- Hospitality experience preferred

- Person should be familiar with accounting on ERP systems (Oracle Netsuite preferable), and should take a lead in handling statutory auditors of the company.

- Exposure to establishing controls and internal controls for ICFR is essential for this role.
