Senior Manager - Financial Reporting

Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Ind AS:

- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in compliance with Ind AS and Division III requirements.

- Ensure accurate and timely completion of journal entries and account reconciliations.

- Maintain a deep understanding of Ind AS and stay updated on relevant accounting pronouncements.

Financial Close & Month-End Processing:

- Participate in the monthly closing process, ensuring all accounts are reconciled and financial records are finalized on time.

- Assist with the preparation of closing checklists and documentation.

Tax & Audit Support:

- Perform calculations for deferred tax provisions.

- Support internal and statutory audits by providing necessary information and responding to inquiries.

- Maintain clear and accurate audit trails to facilitate smooth audit processes.

Other Duties:

- Prepare and analyze cash flow statements to monitor the company's liquidity.

- Stay informed about relevant Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR).

- Participate in other financial projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor/masters degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/ICWA preferred).

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a financial reporting or accounting role.

- Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and Division III requirements.

- Experience with financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, and closing procedures.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
