Job Summary:

- We're seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our Financial Planning and Analysis team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to drive projects independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the firm-wide budget and forecasting process.

- Collaborate with business leaders on annual compensation review exercises.

- Analyze expense trends, create financial/non-financial dashboards, and simulation models.

- Benchmark compensation and non-compensation metrics.

- Cater to ad-hoc requests based on business requirements.

- Lead a small team of managers/analysts.

Requirements:

- Accounting background with MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant.

- 7-11 years of relevant experience.

- Self-driven approach with strong sense of ownership.

- Ability to conceptualize solutions for unstructured queries.

- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

- Strong stakeholder management skills.
