Senior Manager - Financial Planning/Analysis/M&A/Fund Raising

Responsibilities:

Finance Reporting and Analysis:

1. Annual Budgeting, Monthly Performance Review , Variance Analysis , Forecast and Tracking

2. Timely Interaction with internal stake holders to provide visibility on the business performance through preparation of relevant dashboards

3. Monitor and analyze key financial and operational performance indicators in all areas of revenue, Margin, operating costs, marketing and capital expenditures to understand business performance

4. Build Budgetary controls and tracking mechanism

5. Partner with Business and Senior Leadership to monitor and drive the business performance. M&A and Fund Raising Initiatives

6. Work closely with the Bankers to keep the company ready for the fund raising activities including providing necessary information to institutions.

7. Assist in the due diligence and transaction procedures preceding strategic acquisitions ,as well as in the integration process post acquisition.

8. Work along with investor relations team and drive internal process to ensure effective communications with external audience

9. Be a champion of digital tool adoption and automation within the team
