Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - IT/BPO/ITeS/KPO

Role : Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis ( IT /BPO / ITeS & KPO)

Location : Mumbai ( Thane West)

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

1. Assisting on Zero Budgeting, Top Down / Bottoms up Budgeting, reforecasting at the geography level

2. Periodical tracking of actuals against the budget

3. Root cause analysis on the variances against the budget

4. Customer SLA supports

5. Prepare Monthly / Quarterly / Annually BU level analysis of Actual Performance versus Approved Business Case

6. Generate Monthly Income and Expense Variance analysis and clearly communicate

trends, exceptions and areas of improvement

8 . Preparation of Monthly Finance Dashboard and analyze Financial Performance of the BU's

9. Track Key Performance Indicators of the Company, Operations and Supportfunctions

10. Other Ad-hoc analysis as required by BU Head's and CFO

Qualification / Knowledge / Experience / Skills :

1 Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance

2. Minimum 5 years of experience into similar role in an IT / ITeS / BPO / KPO Company

3. Proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point is a must.

4. CFA Candidate's would be preferred
