Role : Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

1. Prepare & Analyze Quarterly Channel and Branch Profitability

2. Prepare Quarterly Partner level analysis of Actual Performance versus Approved Business Case

3. Generate Monthly Income and Expense Variance analysis and clearly communicate trends, exceptions and areas of improvement

4. Preparation of Monthly Finance Dashboard and analyze Financial Performance of the Company

5. Track Key Performance Indicators of the Company, Sales Channels and Support functions

6. Undertake Quarterly Competition performance analysis and comparison on key parameters

7. Other Ad-hoc analysis as required by Team Lead and CFO

Qualification & Experience :

1. A Qualified Chartered Accountant with Minimum 5 years of experience into similar role in an Insurance Company or Financial Services / Banking.

2. Proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point is a must.

3. Exposure to Insurance Industry
