Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Chemical/Pharma

Key Responsibilities :

- Driving accurate forecasting through the Annual Operating Plan process as well as monthly forecasting updates in collaboration with both the commercial & operations team as well as the broader matrix organization

- Drive Revenue Recognition process in co-ordination with operations & commercial teams

- Responsible for estimating project scope, costing for manufacturing set-up, pricing, margins as well as profitability analysis of large projects

- Analysis & Consolidation of month-end Financials for the purposes of Management reporting - both Local & Division

- Prepare the Monthly/Quarterly Business Review Decks to be presented to India Management Team

- Margin analysis by BU split into price, mix & volume

- High level of interaction with Commercial & cross functional teams such as HR, Operations etc.

- Working capital Analysis & Management

- Consolidate the financial forecasts, analyze and report - Actuals vs AOP

- Ensure the quality, transparency and timeliness of financial reporting and analytics

- Provide insights into working capital

- Drive meaningful, action oriented analysis to enable the team to drive improved business results

- Well-versed with Indian & US GAAP and revenue recognition norms.
