Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA

BNC is hiring Sr. Manager FP&A for MNC for Gurgaon location

1. Budgeting/Zero Based Budgeting and Forecasting . Monthly Reporting / MIS to senior Leadership Variance Analysis, Cashflow and Cost Sheet

2. Employee Spend Control

3. Experience in driving Process changes and implementing business transformation Practices

4. Ability to present and conduct discussions with Leadership team

5. Stakeholder Management

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. CA with minimum 7 years of Post Qualification experience

2. Excellent Excel and power point skills

3. Proficient in planning deliverables within strict timelines

4. Proficient in making presentations and Business analytics

5. Strong accounting Knowledge

6. Experience of ERP - SAP , Oracle HFM

7. Excellent Excel skills . MS access would be an added advantage
