Responsibilities
- Under moderate direction, he/she is responsible for delivering structured & unstructured financial information to senior leadership and other stake holders of client organization.
- The individual determines methods and tools in consultation with Head - Finance to prepare forecasts, budgets, operating statistics, and financial analysis for business direction and internal monitoring purpose.
- He/she leads analysis of financial & business results, trends, and variance.
- Recognizes and solves complex business-financial data problems through financial analysis, such as - admission vs revenue, capital appropriation or discounted cash flow.
- Provides expert financial information for business decisions by analyzing revenue flow, operational cost, capex outflow etc.
- Prepares reports on findings and makes recommendations to Leadership team and investors.
- Uses agreed financial models of the organisation internal financial systems, and PC software to complete tasks and automate work.
- Responsible for developing, interpreting, and implement financial reports for financial planning and control.
- Gathers, analyzes, prepares, and summarizes recommendations region-wise & centre-wise financial & cost plans and operating forecasts, etc.
- Performs internal research and studies on financial action.
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Exercises judgement within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions for accurate reporting.
- Uses professional concepts, company policies and procedures to solve a wide range of difficult problems in imaginative and practical ways.
- Normally receives NO instruction on routine work, but receives general instructions on new assignments.
- Leads a small team and responsible for team performance and development of members.
