Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - BFSI/IT/BPO

Looking for FP&A professional to drive planning, budgeting, forecasting activities across region, sub-region, industry and accounts for a Bangalore based Client(A global product company into Shared service setup). This role will be key in overseeing the transition of BUF work to best shore resources while meeting annual budget targets and leadership objectives. The successful candidate should have a background in Finance (FP&A and other BU Finance Functions) with understanding of analytical and modeling approaches with insights for optimizing processes and budget costs.

Responsibilities:

- Manages cross functional teams in FP&A and Account Finance domains.

- Manages communications to facilitate projects and ensure timely delivery to internal clients.

- Accountable for results of a Best-Shore support team ensuring that performance meets overall business needs, including strategy, cost / cost savings, direction and people management.

- Ensures performance meets overall business needs at a global and regional level.

- Responsible for hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development

- Ensures that the proper tools are in place to support the team and the processes.

- Creates new operational efficiency and cost savings within the organization using process improvement and policy development.

- Acts as a key advisor to senior management on the development of overall strategies and long term goals of the organization.

- Applies expert subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving most complex business/technical issues within established framework.

- Ability to influence a particular business across regions.

- Typically leads large and complex business process initiatives.

- Typically manages exempt individual contributors and first-level managers.

Education and Experience Required

- Chartered Accountant or ICWA or MBA Finance

- Typically 10+ years of experience in Finance including FP&A and other BU Finance Functions including Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis.

- Prior exposure to FP&A and Account Finance in IT Services industry is a MUST. Experience in Enterprise Services Finance would be an advantage.

- Experience in an integrated offshore business finance support model would be helpful.
