Details of Responsibilities / Purpose of Job:

The candidate will be responsible for supervising the Managers, Supervisors, SFA's and FA's for all aspects of financial support for planning and control. Develops innovative approaches. Motivates and inspires other team members. He will lead the team, who assist in consolidation and reporting of financial results & preparation of annual budgets. He should support the team to gather, model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information for financial plans, operating forecasts, trended future specifications, etc.; on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. He should be in a position to provide the teams on reporting systems. Knows where to obtain all relevant data and uses financial reporting software to efficiently meet the reporting needs of management. He will be the overall FP&A lead in the location.

Required Skills :
- Masters in Commerce/ Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountants
- Minimum of 15+ yrs of experience in total and 5+ yrs handling FP&A process in BPO
- Strong accounting knowledge understanding of GL, Sub ledger, Source document
- Prior Experience of General Accounting / GAAP and FP&A
- Prior experience in handling transitions
- High degree of adaptability and proactivity
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Strong multi-tasking abilities; deadline oriented
- Working knowledge of software tools ( Ex: PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Essbase, Excel, etc)
- Lead and manage large teams
Good to have Skills :
- Prior Healthcare experience
- Understanding of Admin system (Policy & claims sub system)
- Understanding of US Healthcare system
- Understanding of HIPAA and other guidelines
- Understanding of MS Access

Educational Qualifications :
Bachelors degree / Masters degree in Commerce/ CA/ICWA
Work Hours:
"- 42.5 hours per week (exceptions for holidays and PTO)
- Daily work schedule is flexible, but some overlap with regular shift for US counterparts (8:30 AM CST - 5:30 PM CST) required
- Extended and/or US Shift may be required during onboarding period and for 4-5 days at the beginning of each month to support the close process"

Travel: Should be ready to travel, if required for a duration of ~6 weeks
