Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - BFSI

Our client, a prominent global financial institution providing an extensive array of services, is currently seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to take the helm of their FP&A team. This opportunity is tailored for the Business Technology domain, and you will be responsible for the delivering all desired outcomes to support the Investment Finance Group's FP&A requirements.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Support monthly and quarterly performance reviews with Investments Head, preparing financials, analytics, and presentations.

- Coordinate and support forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting cycles with Business Finance Head.

- Manage the impact on business performance due to changes in upstream or downstream processes and systems.

- Establish controls for reports generated, addressing risks, and driving corrective actions.

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of cost and balance sheet for Investments.

- Proven experience in business finance, financial analysis, Financial Control, Transformation.

- Preferably a person coming from the Banking Industry.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- At least 8 - 10 years of experience in Business Finance, Financial Control, Performance Management.

- Excellent communication skills to present complex financial information.

- The ability to lead and develop a team as well as work effectively with senior management levels.

- Strong communication and presentation skills and experience in working directly with clients.
