Role Overview:

- Lead financial operations, ensure compliance, streamline processes, and drive automation while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Manage audits, book closures, and financial reporting with a focus on accuracy and compliance with Ind AS.

- Streamline finance operations, enhance internal controls, and ensure no financial leakage.

- Drive automation in financial processes and reporting systems.

- Prepare and review balance sheets and ensure compliance with MCA, Companies Act, and FEMA regulations.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a solution-oriented approach.

- Mentor and develop team members, promoting ownership and adaptability.

What We're Looking For:

- Qualifications: Chartered Accountant with 7-11 years of experience, including Big 4 exposure.

- Expertise in Ind AS, IFRS, and group company consolidation.

- Strong problem-solving, automation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to prioritize, manage ambiguity, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
