About the Job:
As a Personalized Customer Group (PCG) Advisor, your primary responsibility is to deliver timely and customized equity advice to assigned PCG customers.
This role requires a blend of research, client interaction, and relationship management skills to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Timely Delivery of Customized Equity Advice:
- Execute trading and investment ideas tailored to meet the unique needs of assigned PCG customers.
- Ensure recommendations are timely, relevant, and aligned with customer preferences and risk profiles.
Research Reports and Client Advisory:
- Prepare comprehensive research reports to support investment decisions and advisory services.
- Conduct client meetings to discuss investment strategies, portfolio performance, and market insights.
- Proactively upgrade client portfolios based on changing market conditions and client goals.
Adherence to Advisory Processes:
- Follow established equity advisory processes to maintain consistency and quality in service delivery.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies governing equity advisory services.
Client Feedback and Communication:
- Gather feedback from PCG customers regarding advisory services, trading experiences, and overall satisfaction.
- Communicate ground-level customer insights and feedback to the Senior PCG Advisor to improve service offerings.
Support to Sales Team:
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver specialized advice and support in client interactions.
- Assist in developing tailored investment strategies and presentations for PCG customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in equity research, financial analysis, or investment advisory services.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
