Sr Manager-Financial Accounting & Reporting( 10K & 10Q)

Looking for Sr. Manager for one of the leading Insurance & Reinsurance Organization.

Job Responsibilities :

- Preparation of Corporate Close Calendar.

- Review of Balance sheet reconciliations (Asset & Liabilities) for UK, and US Legal entities on a monthly/quarterly basis.

- Review of P&L commentaries for UK legal entities and its branches.

- Review of Cash based Compensation and Equity based Compensation accruals on quarterly basis and ensure the completeness and accuracy of the accrual bookings

- Review and analysis of capital/debt transactions of the company including review of interest accruals, amortization of premium/discounts and issue cost and review of reconciliations and schedules. Preparation of 10Q/K note on debt transactions.

Desired Skills :

- Qualified CA with at least 7-10+ years of post-qualification experience in accounting and financial reporting.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Knowledge of People Soft application is a plus.

- Candidates should have insurance Industry experience.

- Team Management Role.
