Responsibilities:

Shared Services Advisory & Expertise:

- Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients across the full spectrum of SSO, including GBS/GCC models, value proposition, and lifecycle considerations.

- Collaborate with clients to assess their current operating model and identify opportunities for process transformation and digitalization.

- Design and recommend optimal operating models for shared services based on client needs and industry best practices.

- Support clients with successful transitions to a shared services model, ensuring seamless implementation and knowledge transfer.

Process Optimization & Implementation:

- Develop comprehensive process documentation, including process maps, RACI charts, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for shared services functions.

- Conduct time and motion studies and manpower assessments to evaluate process efficiency and resource allocation.

- Lead or participate in process re-engineering initiatives to streamline operations and optimize performance within shared services.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of operational challenges and recommend effective solutions.

- Possess a good understanding of relevant technologies and their potential use cases within shared services environments.

- Leverage strong proficiency in presentation software (PowerPoint), spreadsheets (Excel), and process mapping tools (Visio) to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.

Bonus Skills:

- Experience with process mining tools and techniques to gain deeper insights into process efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

- (MBA preferred)

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in consulting or industry roles related to shared services outsourcing.

- Strong understanding of GBS (Global Business Services) and GCC (Global Capability Centers) models in SSO.

- Proven experience with process excellence methodologies, transformation initiatives, and digitalization strategies within a shared services context.

- Experience in conducting operating model assessments, designing and rolling out new models, and managing transitions.
