Job Responsibilities :
- Provide financial and business due diligence assistance to various clients, including private equity investors.
- Analyze data of Target Company to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings and working capital considerations, and potential liabilities and risks which impact valuation and negotiation of the target company.
- Managing and contributing to the report-writing process.
- Manage the entire engagement (execution part) from planning to compliance to managing of controversy projects with respect to the clients.
- Responding to client requirements within the stipulated period of time.
- Giving valuable advice/ information to the partner on client issues.
- Support the team to help clients of other partners with compliance issues.
- Working on individual areas as assigned by the reporting authority
- Giving timely feedback to the partner about work progress and issues identified
- Help Partners in identifying new business opportunities and develop long-term business relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Assisting in drafting business proposals
- Preparation of engagement letters and compliance with other risk management procedures for the work done
- Preparation of financial model, undertaking peer group analysis, assessing appropriateness of the model prepared vis-a-vis industry standards, selection of suitable valuation model, setting assumptions for the valuation and deriving the final valuation, preparation of valuation report
- Assist in other work for the service line
- Research and making presentation on technical matters
