Senior Manager - Finance - Sportswear Startup - CA

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible to handle Accounting, Finance Operations, Invoicing, Distribution, Create Finance SOPs for the company.

What you will do :

- Giving efficient, reliable and proactive financial support to improve business performance involving production costs, inventories, Capital efficiency and business indicators

- Preparing accounting and direct tax related works like assisting assessment related documents, quarterly advance tax computation, return filling.

- Preparing profitability analysis, Check point towards variances and controls, Publishing of expense reports to help monitor expenses and control,

- Participating in Target setting process, Standard costing & budgeting and result forecasting Finance Strategy & Transformation

- Ensuring Finance Operational Excellence (expertise in core finance processes including P2P, R2R, O2C, A2R)

- Designing of SLAs, process KPIs and reporting requirements

- Utilising In-depth understanding of the current economic and business environment

- Performance improvement of internal operations.

Candidate Profile :

What you need to have :

- Candidate with 2 years relevant experience;

- Should have a start up mind set; CA preferred

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Ability to plan work-delivery for the delivery team

- Able to thrive in relatively unstructured situations

- High initiative and drive, positive attitude and high commitment

- Maturity and ability to handle the pressure

- Demonstrate a good understanding of the industry and solution

- Ensure compliance with the firm's standards, processes, and policies
