Senior Manager - Finance - Retail

Job Description:

1. Partnering with Retail teams- Providing actionable insights to Retail teams based on detailed financial analysis which can help in Revenue and Profit maximization.

2. Budgeting - Leading the Annual Financial budgeting exercise for the business and implementing ZBB principles. Ensuring alignment on all P&L items with Management teams in Dubai and the business teams in KSA.

3. Cost control and Cost-Reduction - Implementing and monitoring financial controls to ensure no revenue and cost leakage. Suggesting and implementing strategic cost saving initiatives which can bring about a permanent reduction in costs.

4. HR - Ensuring that staff costs are within agreed budgets, designing retail incentive schemes to boost sales, Ensuring that the business complies with Saudi nationalization requirements.

5. Marketing - Ensuring that the business gets maximum ROI on marketing investments and partnering with marketing teams in marketing channel choice making.

Requirements :

1. Advanced knowledge of Analytical tools including building of financial models, discounted cashflows, future projections, sensitivity analysis.

2. Expert knowledge of advanced formulae in Excel. Should be able to draw data from large databases, conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to business. Working knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.

3. Should have led detailed financial budgeting exercise, played a crucial role in marrying top down and bottom up targets and communicating business workings in various teams and representation of budgets in various forums.

4. Should have implemented detailed end-to-end Financial controls in a complex business environment with focus on right cost booking, cost control and ensuring no revenue leakage.

5. Expert knowledge of working in an ERP environment. Prior experience in ERP system choice making will be an added advantage.

6. Excellent stakeholder management at territory head and Director level.
