Senior Manager - Finance - Real Estate - CA

Great opportunity to be a part of a leading Real Estate brand based out of Bangalore. The role is for a Senior Manager Finance and you MUST be a qualified CA to apply for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for management of Accounts, Audits, Statutory in addition to Project Specific Accounting, Financial Controls and Capital Needs

- Responsible for supervising daily project finance activities, Equity Forecasting, Debt Drawn Down

- Planning, Financial Reporting

- Business Planning for various projects and periodic reviews against the approved Business

- Monitoring the marketing spent V/s approved budgets

- Cash Flow forecasting

- Monthly Financial Reporting

- Liaison and Co-ordination with Bankers, Legal Consultants, Government Agencies, Auditors

- Reporting a) Business Quarterly and Annual Reports b) Review of Project Quarterly Report

- Any other duties as may be entrusted from time to time.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualified Chartered accountant with 3-7 years of experience post qualification.

- You must be based out of Bangalore

Key Skills, Experience and Background:

- Proficient in Indian GAAP, & IFRS.

- Good communication, presentation and People management skills

- Forge effective and collaborative working relationships across all levels of the organisation

- Proficiency in MS office applications as well as integrated financial software & IT systems

- Thorough and practical experience in Indian legislations

- Should be conceptually strong and should have an eye for details.

- Results oriented with high aptitude to learn and excel
