The roles and responsibilities for the position include :
- Identify areas to streamline processes, systems, organisation across the identified organisation
- Ensuring the successful execution of the identified improvement opportunities
- Independently working with and engaging the BaU teams - to drive improvements from planning till execution
- Exhibit thought leadership and the ability to challenge status quo
- Ability to manage and work across diverse projects organisation re-design, process improvements, process mapping, finance function benchmarking, technological change, etc
Preferred Qualification, Skills and experience :
- CA or Engineering degree + MBA from a top institute in India/ abroad
- Self-directed, team player with experience of ten to twelve years in finance process management & improvement experience
- Atleast 4-5 years experience working as a process management consultant (internal/ external) on the finance domain
- 4-5 years experience in directly managing finance/accounting functions and processes in the banking industry
- Exhibit exemplary standards of professionalism
- Strong and proven project management skills
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to independently facilitate cross-functional team discussions
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to interact with varying levels throughout the organization
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Highly detail and results oriented self driven
- Ability to perform in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks through effective prioritization
- Seamless delivery of key project milestones and ensuring the successful implementation of identified improvements
- Implementation of an effective system of financial & operational controls and quality standards as part of project delivery
- Effective identification and mitigation of project risks and slippages
