Job Title: Sr Manager - Finance Planning & Analysis(data scientist and Power BI)

The candidate will be an integral part of the Business Finance team heading the FP&A vertical of TFS group. The FP&A Manager will assist with the preparation of internal/external financial reports, Board of Directors materials, monthly financial analysis materials, and provide ad hoc analysis for the organization.

Role Description:

1. Responsible for preparation of Business Unit level Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Rolling Forecasts to develop Group Level AOP

2. Lead the month-end and quarter-end P&L distribution and forecast consolidation for all regions/group entities

3. Create and Maintain Financial Models for Business Planning and Forecasting

4. Craft and manage MIS reports

5. Work with business operations, and other key stakeholders to generate requested reporting output

6. Help drive key insights and analytics

7. Execute value-added analysis and provide decision support for special projects and initiatives

8. Developing finance and business presentations; related supporting materials

9. Develop and manage Business Information tools

10. Perform analytics on internal and external business data for valuable business insights

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1. Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles

2. Strong written and oral communication skills

3. Expertise in Power BI tools

4. Demonstrated capability to develop a BI database and design of BI reports

5. Proficient in IT skills including data scientist certification
