Finance Partner - Operations (Operations + Production + SCM + HR) (Level - Senior Manager Finance)
- Work closely with New Supply COO org, Which includes Operations, Production, SCM and HR functions.
- Understand the existing business process and recommend process improvements based on the industry leading practices.
- Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste.
- Forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of materials or products.
- Track KPI's and report functional performance
- Negotiate and finalize the commercials
- Assist is financial modelling and finalization of periodic reports
- Define region specific modules and track progress.
- Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with ERP partners to implement effective systems.
- Actively participate finalizing Annual Operating Plan.
- Co-ordinate with Auditors and assist in Due Diligence
