Senior Manager - Finance - NBFC

Opening for leading NBFC for a position of Sr Manager-Finance

Role: - Senior Manager Finance Key Responsibilities

Finance Activities: -

- Hands on experience in raising funds through Capital Markets and Banks

- Independently liaison and manage relationships with Bankers / Lenders for fund raising

- Preparing and providing the data needed by Bankers / Lenders as and when required

- Should be proficient in operational aspects of Fund Raising

- Prepare the Annual Business Plan and track the same on a monthly basis

- Should be capable of independently preparing the annual CMA for submitting to the Banks and should be very good in MS-Excel

- Assist in liaison with Trustee and Legal Counsel for Consortium Documentation - Assist in preparing the Annual Assessment Note and getting it sanctioned from the Lead Bank by resolving all their queries and working closely with them

- Assist in Obtaining NOC's from Lead Bank, Trustees etc for Individual term Loan Documentation and ensure smooth execution of individual term loan documentation

- Assist in Debt related documentation and operational activities including liaisoning with RTA, Exchange, and other parties - Assist in preparing proposals/term sheets to be submitted to Bankers / Lenders

- Liason with credit rating agencies for ratings by fulfilling the data requirements at regular intervals - Occasionally take a lead role representing the finance function on ad-hoc projects

- Prepare Function and branch level monthly financials and present a summary of the same to the management

- Assist in deployment of idle funds in best available avenues - Assist in preparing various finance department related presentations for internal as well as external consumption

- Coordinating with other team members of the function for preparing critical MIS's for monitoring the Finance function on a regular basis.

Expected Candidate Profile

- Should be either a CA or MBA Finance from reputed Institute

- Preferably from an NBFC or Banking background

- Should have a minimum of seven years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance profile

- Should be expert in making Presentations (PPT- s), preparing and understanding Financial Models and well versed with MS-Office

- Should have excellent Communication and Writing Skills and must be fluent in English
