DETAILS OF JOB DESCRIPTION: Reporting and budgeting - India Treasury Management - Cash flow, Projects (costs & investments). - Loans / bank credit facility management - Outward Remittance Management - Bank and Petty Cash Management - Prepare ad-hoc reporting for operations and management requirements - Annual planning/ budgeting process - Automation and process improvement of the above activities. Accounting & Controlling - Send monthly Trial Balance to Director/Manager by 1st working day. - Send Aged Debtors & Aged Creditors Reports to Director/Manager by 1st working day. - Send monthly financial report & Cash flow to Corporate Finance team by 5th working day. - Send Statement of Accounts to customers by 1st week of the following month. - Prepare monthly reporting and reconciliation, including: - Bank / Petty Cash reconciliation - Stock reconciliation - Creditor reconciliation - Filing with local authorities monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, yearly taxes on all India taxes by its due date. - Monthly and yearend payroll processing, including TDS, Form 16 and other related filings. - Timely payments processing for vendors and employees. - Fixed Asset Management - Statutory Reporting compliance on reporting Auditing / Tax - Management, preparation and delivery of Group Audit for FY Jan - Dec with external auditors. - Management, preparation and delivery of Statutory Audit for FY April to Mar with external auditors. - Represent the Finance function for meetings with tax authorities and auditors in the legal entities assigned. - Timely filing of statutory accounts and taxes with local authorities. - Ensure all monthly tax filings including Professional Tax and the likes are processed timely. - Management transfer pricing studies with external auditors as required by authorities. Company Secretarial - Co-ordinate with the Company Secretary to ensure that all resolutions and minutes are prepared to meet the M&A and A&A requirements. People Management - Responsibilities to hire, develop, train and monitor direct report(s). - Manage and Appraise direct report(s). Process Improvements and Enhancements - Champion process improvements in the accounting function. - Continuous improvements. - Improvement of processes using Microsoft AX Dynamics Others - Work closely with Corporate Finance to rollout Finance initiatives related to India - Ability and flexibility to take on new initiatives as the business evolve. - Ad-hoc company evaluations and models developments.
