Senior Manager - Finance - Manufacturing - CA

candidate profile:

An Indian chartered accountant with 3-5 years of post-qualification work experience and experience of working in a manufacturing set up.. He/she should be energetic, go-getter, hard-working and ready to learn.

Job role:

Responsible for the following activities:

1. Hands on experience for running the accounts and finance department and supervising the work of the persons reporting to him/her.

2. Managing the treasury operations of the business.

3. Liaising with the accounts/commercial persons in 2-3 de-centralized locations.

4. Controlling the paddy stocks in the place of posting, Morogoro and other buying locations where paddy is procured.

5. Liaising with the group head office and the global head office in in making various MIS reports required from time to time.

6. Finalizing and conducting the statutory audit with statutory auditors and tax auditors.

7. Keeping a close check on debtors and creditors and ensuring the accounts are reconciled periodically.

8. Implementing standard operating procedure in accordance with the standard operating procedure.

9. Preparing various MIS reports and monthly profitability statement.

10. Liaising with the bankers when needed.

11. Any other subject matter related issues as might be needed by the management from time to time by the company.
