Job Description :
- The ideal candidate will provide visionary financial leadership, drive the company's financial strategy, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements:
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team.
- Oversee financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to assess the company's financial performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure the stability and security of the company's financial health.
- Implement robust risk management processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Present financial reports to the board of directors and executive management team.
- Manage cash flow and treasury functions to optimize liquidity.
- Monitor banking relationships and negotiate financing agreements.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the company's strategic plans.
- Assess potential mergers, acquisitions, and other growth opportunities.
- Manage IRDAI audit and compliance
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Proven managerial experience.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial management best practices.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Note: Prior experience in the Insurance industry is preferred.
