Looking for CA with 6+ years of experience in IGAAP, accounting taxation and consolidation

US GAAP / UK GAAP is good to have

Responsibilities:

Finance is managing cash flow & working capital of the group for efficient & smooth operations.

Consolidation of worldwide accounts

Taking care of transfer Pricing & corporate taxation of the group

Managing accounting, compliances & Banking of US,EU,UK & India

Interaction with respective country heads & consultants for all supports in accounting, compliances, cash flow & taxation issues - Transfer pricing policy of the group & filing with Govt authorities

Consolidation of the accounts of the group as per GAAP & group structure

Corporate taxation, Direct & Indirect taxation

Interaction with Big 4 Consulting firms

Managing various Audits.
